Job Description

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST

ZUE Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an Outbound Specialist to connect with dermatology patients for essential follow-up care. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to schedule appointments, reviewing patient histories, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess 1-2 years of outbound calling experience, strong communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Applicants must be comfortable with U.S. shift hours.
