Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction project management, cost estimation, and contract administration.
In this role, you will be responsible for calculating project costs, preparing tender documents, and overseeing budgets throughout the construction lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other professionals to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, a keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is preferred.
