Job Description
Major Foods Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual with experience in customer service administration. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a robust background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telesales for existing customer orders
- Create and manage sales invoices for clients
- Engage in cold calling to potential new clients (Commission Scheme available)
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years in the hospitality or food service industry
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in an English-speaking environment
- Proficient, committed, and fluent in English
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
