Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a committed Customer Support Officer to become part of our dynamic team located in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to our products, pricing, and availability. You will also collaborate with internal teams and manage data entry across multiple platforms.
Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Please note that this position is open to female applicants only.

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
