This position demands exceptional customer service skills and an in-depth understanding of the Umrah process. The successful candidate will consult with clients on various Umrah packages, manage their bookings, and deliver outstanding customer support. Additionally, the agent will promote our services while staying informed about current Umrah regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications: Experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills and comprehensive knowledge of the Umrah process are essential.
