Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Admin to support our senior leadership by effectively managing schedules, communications, and office operations. The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information, organize meetings, and ensure the seamless functioning of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
• Coordinate both internal and external communications.
• Prepare reports and meeting agendas.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Oversee office operations and special projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in an executive support role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
