Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Controller (CSR) to join our team on a full-time basis. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,00 to $100,00 per year, paid monthly. As a CSR, you will manage incoming calls from UK customers looking to book or modify taxi reservations. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with airport and local taxi bookings
- Processing payments over the phone
- Addressing driver inquiries and escalating complaints to the appropriate department
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Experience with Autocab, Iccabi, or Cordic is preferred, but we welcome applications from all qualified candidates. This position is office-based in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi; remote work is not an option.
