Job Description
Location: Remote with periodic visits to our office at 6th Road, Rawalpindi.
Training: One month of comprehensive training will be provided onsite.
Position: Full-Time (Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Salary: PKR 30,00 during a 3-month probation period with a 25% increment post-probation and additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in text communication and outbound calls to potential clients.
- Promote our products/services and generate qualified sales leads.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior telemarketing experience is valued; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with night shifts.
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
