Job Description
En Route Technologies is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Pakistan. This full-time position involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent across various departments such as software development, QA, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job boards and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking databases.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years in technical recruitment, and excellent communication skills.
Pay: Up to Rs60,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
