Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly competent and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee and enhance our HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals. This position demands a forward-thinking professional with a strong grasp of corporate HR practices, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Oversee end-to-end talent management including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Manage and update compensation and benefits structures.
- Staff attendance file maintenance and record preservation.
- Supervise monthly payroll processing in coordination with finance.
- Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business transformation and change management.
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies with necessary senior management approvals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role within the corporate or financial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labor regulations, HRIS systems, and best HR practices.
- Proven experience in managing diverse teams and HR functions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
