Appedology Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and visionary Team Manager to lead a marketing division working on one of our premier health-tech products—ClinIQ Systems, a platform transforming healthcare through AI-powered tools and data-driven insights. This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee marketing execution, lead a team, and drive global campaigns targeting the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team executing international B2B campaigns.
• Drive the implementation of marketing strategies focused on the US healthcare sector.
• Analyze data and KPIs to measure performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, content, sales) to ensure alignment.
• Provide mentorship and performance management to team members.
• Communicate marketing impact and insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and meet growth objectives.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare or international markets.
• Strong leadership background with experience in team supervision and performance tracking.
• Demonstrated success in executing and scaling international marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics/reporting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
• Ability to work in night shift to collaborate with global stakeholders.
