Job Description
MTP (Mayfair Technology Partners) is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to be the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve product-related concerns. You will analyze customer data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in customer support, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools is required, with experience in a SaaS environment being a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
