Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates from reputable universities, as well as experienced business developers with up to two years of experience. This role is centered on identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a primary focus on leveraging the Upwork platform

The ideal candidate will have high level knowledge or a proven track record of successful bidding and client acquisition on Upwork, coupled with a solid technical understanding of software development principles.

Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor and analyze the Upwork marketplace for relevant project opportunities.
• Develop and submit compelling and tailored proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition.
• Effectively communicate with potential clients on Upwork to understand their needs and answer their questions.
• Contribute to the development of our Upwork strategy and best practices.
• Potentially expand business development efforts beyond Upwork as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Fresh-2 years of demonstrable experience in bidding and winning projects on the Upwork platform.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to write persuasive and effective proposals.
• Strong technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain technologies
