We are looking for a skilled TikTok Shop Sales Expert to manage and grow our TikTok Shop presence. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in product listing, content strategy, ad optimization, and order management. You will be responsible for increasing daily sales, ensuring platform compliance, and driving growth through organic and paid strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage TikTok Shop account setup, listing, and catalog optimization
Create or manage short-form video content for products
Run and optimize Spark Ads and TikTok paid campaigns
Execute strategies to increase conversions and sales
Manage orders, returns, disputes, and customer service
Coordinate with influencers/creators for affiliate sales
Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and improve ROI
Stay updated on TikTok policies and platform changes
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with TikTok Shop (UK Market)
Deep understanding of TikTok trends and algorithm behavior
Experience with product research and winning product strategy
Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager (Spark & Standard Ads)
Ability to generate content ideas that convert
Familiarity with inventory and order management tools
Good communication & coordination skills
