Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated Application Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support for healthcare applications, including EHR/EMR systems. This role involves monitoring application performance, logging and resolving incidents, and offering first and second-level support to administrative and billing teams.
Our ideal candidate will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, train users on application features, and gather user feedback for enhancements. The position requires participation in system maintenance, upgrades, and testing of new releases, while maintaining logs of issues and resolutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs220,00.00 per month
