Job Description
Company: Your Cloud Campus
Salary Range: 40,00 to 45,00 PKR
Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts required
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide Level One support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage networking tasks, including camera installations and maintenance of local servers (DC, ADC).
- Administer the pfsense firewall and oversee wireless network operations.
- Efficiently manage inventory.
- Respond to remote and on-site support requests for projects in the USA, UAE, and Pakistan.
- Collaborate with in-house departments such as development, sales, HR, and accounts.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of equipment procurement.
