Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data into our database with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency at all times.
- Conduct data validation, verification, and necessary corrections.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Wireless Gate, Shamsi Society, Malir
