Job Description
Location: Alpine Marine Services, Karachi
Timings: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Department: Shipping/Port Documentation
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Documentation Handler to manage and streamline vessel-related documentation processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely submission of documents and adherence to shipping and port regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee import/export shipping documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with shipping agents.
- Maintain accurate records of vessel arrivals and departures.
- Ensure prompt dispatch of documents to clients and port officials.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in port/shipping documentation is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
