Job Description
Job Summary: Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a meticulous and customer-oriented Verification Agent to validate customer details for mobile phone installment plans as part of our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) initiative. This position involves precise data entry, confirming customer identity, and aiding in sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calls to validate customer information.
- Verify CNIC and KYC documentation.
- Follow verification scripts for customer interactions.
- Recognize and report potential fraud indicators.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Inform customers about BNPL terms and conditions.
