Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly address customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
- Assist customers with order placement and website navigation.
- Provide detailed product information and troubleshooting support.
- Manage sales inquiries and promote additional product offerings.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer support experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-oriented with a goal-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of vaping products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience with customer support software.
