Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is on the lookout for a talented HR Executive with a strong background in BPO recruitment for campaigns based in the UK and USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for call center roles through diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and address HR-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite during night shifts.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
