Job Description
CIER is actively seeking a qualified Finance Officer to manage financial operations for our training and advocacy project based in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing project finances, preparing financial reports, maintaining budgets, and ensuring adherence to donor compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project finances, including transactions and payroll.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports.
- Maintain budgets, track expenditures, and support audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and assist in procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management within the NGO sector.
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
