Job Description
Join our team at Arfa Karim Technology Incubator as a Recovery Officer! We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in debt recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and send SMS reminders about outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans for timely recovery.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
- Document all communications and transactions accurately.
- Ensure accurate data entry of client information.
Qualifications: I.com/B.com/F.A or relevant accounting background. Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
