Job Description
ABIC is looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Executive proficient in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will specialize in Retail Sales recruitment across the US region and will manage the full cycle of hiring for various positions using innovative sourcing strategies. You will implement a structured, multi-stage interview process to minimize bias and work closely with the recruitment team to offer insights and mutual support.
Qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- A proactive attitude coupled with strong organizational abilities.
This is a full-time role with a monthly salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs120,00.00. Candidates must be available for in-person work.
