Job Description
Dexterz Sol is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Officer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales and lead generation. This role is essential in enhancing our global footprint by identifying new business opportunities, managing client communications, and preparing impactful proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and freelance platforms
- Create and submit professional proposals
- Foster and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with the technical team
- Manage CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Meet monthly outreach and conversion goals
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT business development
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Availability for night shifts (5 PM – 3 AM)
