Job Description
The-Hiring is actively looking for a reliable and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to become a vital member of our bus terminal team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, issuing tickets, and assisting passengers with travel-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebookings with efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules and fares.
- Process payments and maintain comprehensive transaction records.
- Respond to passenger inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements: A High School Diploma is essential; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
