Job Description
American Lyceum International School is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Advanced Homeroom Teacher to lead a mixed-age classroom of children aged 5.5 to 9 years. The role involves delivering comprehensive Montessori lessons across essential subjects, while nurturing children’s independence, critical thinking abilities, and a genuine passion for learning.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate engaging lessons, create developmentally appropriate learning experiences, maintain an inspiring classroom environment, assess student progress, and effectively communicate with parents.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred), certification in Montessori training, a minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
