Job Description
The Housekeeping Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing housekeeping services across multiple locations within a specified zone. This role entails maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, staff performance, and client satisfaction in alignment with Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd.’s service level agreements.
Key responsibilities include leading zonal operations, supervising staff, performing site audits, coordinating with clients, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and budget controls.
Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, knowledge of cleaning procedures, proficiency in MS Office, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs 50,00.00 – Rs 65,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
