Job Description
Hassaan Academy is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating class schedules, overseeing daily operations, and handling billing procedures. Your contributions are crucial in fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and educators, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate fluent English communication skills, possess strong interpersonal abilities, and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a professional attitude. This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 1 AM, and Saturdays from 2 PM to 6 PM. The salary ranges between PKR 30,00 and 45,00, commensurate with experience.
