Job Description
Webbuggs is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our expanding logistics support team. This pivotal role will support our U.S.-based trucking and dispatch operations, providing excellent opportunities for professional growth and earnings within a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls.
- Create tailored sales pitches for potential clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software.

Qualifications:
- Education: O/A Levels, FA/FSc or higher.
- Proficiency in English (North American accent preferred).
- Experience in trucking, dispatch, or sales is a plus, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
