Job Description
The MAP Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Documentation Officer to enhance our team. This position is dedicated to efficient shipment planning and precise management of shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Climax software.
Key Responsibilities: You will collaborate with our customer service team, submit shipping instructions, track VGM filings, coordinate with courier services, and ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess prior experience in a similar role, strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to perform well under pressure, along with a bachelor’s degree.
