Job Description
Topaz Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet and welcome visitors with courtesy, manage incoming calls, and provide assistance with inquiries about our services. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized front desk, sorting incoming mail, and providing administrative support such as data entry and document filing.
You will also monitor facility access, address visitor and employee concerns, manage office supplies, and oversee housekeeping staff to ensure a clean environment. Additionally, you will coordinate in-house events like birthdays and anniversaries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
