Job Description
eQuraneKareem is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR) for outbound calls to international clients. Assist in onboarding new students for academic and Islamic projects.
Responsibilities: Conduct calls, showcase services, manage communications, provide solutions, build relationships.
Requirements: 0-1 year customer service experience, strong sales understanding, excellent communication, CRM familiarity, and availability from 2 PM to 11 PM.
