Job Description
AA Printers is actively searching for a dedicated Help Desk Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer support via phone and email, ensuring our clients enjoy a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints through phone and email communication.
- Assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:
- Male candidates preferred.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior customer support experience of 2 years is preferred.
