Job Description
Premio Travels & Tours is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Representative to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction through effective communication via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
