Job Description
HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner is in search of a Senior Executive Field Security professional. The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of Tower Site Security, focusing on the prevention of equipment, power, and fuel theft. We highly encourage applications from retired Police or Military personnel who possess strong public relations skills within their communities.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree
- 10-15 years of experience in Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
- Knowledge of legal processes related to theft
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid transportation and willingness to travel as required
- Basic competence in Microsoft Office preferred
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate security operations with the assigned Security Company.
- Establish and maintain communication with LEAs and governmental bodies.
- Monitor and ensure security in the specified region.
