Job Description
Position: Technical Service Specialist (2 Openings)

Job Summary: The Technical Service Specialist will oversee planned maintenance, implement hardware and software upgrades, provide first-line customer support, and assist with both instrument installations and deinstallations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line customer service interventions.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and system updates.
- Support instrument setups and removals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
