Job Description
The Women’s Empowerment Group is currently looking for dedicated Call Center Agents to connect with potential donors and supporters for the Pink Ribbon Hospital fundraising initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals and organizations.
- Communicate the hospital’s mission and fundraising objectives.
- Respond to inquiries and inspire donations.
- Accurately maintain call logs and donor information.
- Foster long-term engagement with donors.
Qualifications:
- Proficient communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Ability to express confidence and empathy during calls.
- Previous experience in fundraising or telemarketing is advantageous.
