Job Description
Khan Continental Hotel and Restaurant is actively looking for a skilled Front Desk Officer to become a vital part of our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing room reservations.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, handle room reservations, respond to inquiries, and maintain an organized front desk environment.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in MS Office and reservation systems.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00/month
