Job Description

Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a meticulous and skilled Quantity Surveyor to create Bills of Quantities (BOQs). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project and procurement teams to ensure precise cost estimations and efficient tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive BOQs based on project drawings and specifications.
• Examine tender documents for project compliance and requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, rate analyses, and pricing strategies.
• Work alongside engineering teams to obtain necessary technical clarifications.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, 1-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, along with strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
