Job Description
Join our dedicated team at Servixer as a Customer Support Officer! We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual for a full-time night shift position based in the USA. This role requires 100% onsite work at our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage customer inquiries, gather information, update communications, ensure follow-up for customer satisfaction, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills, the ability to multitask, and preferably prior customer service experience. A proactive mindset and a bachelor’s degree are advantageous.
