Job Description
“Q Real Estate” is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pine Avenue, Lahore. This position involves managing the contractual and financial components of our construction projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, within budget, and uphold our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: You will prepare cost estimates, conduct cost analyses, provide guidance on procurement strategies, monitor design modifications, negotiate contracts, and perform site visits to assess work progress.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and negotiation capabilities, and proficiency in quantity surveying software.
