Job Description
The CRM Key Account Executive will manage daily CRM operations, including order processing, shipping coordination, inventory management, and return handling across various e-commerce platforms. This role requires a keen attention to detail, efficient communication with customers and courier services, and timely updates to internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee orders from multiple sales channels.
- Generate and print shipping labels via courier platforms.
- Monitor shipments and regularly update their status.
- Address customer inquiries related to delivery issues.
- Submit online claims for shipping discrepancies.
