Al Ghaffar Travel, a leading travel management company, is on the lookout for a proactive Assistant Manager – HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, fostering employee engagement, and managing HR operations to enhance our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment processes, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and facilitate training programs.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, complemented by 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
