Job Description
Nextech Packages is actively searching for a skilled Production Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our gravure production process. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by developing and adjusting production schedules, facilitating timely material availability, and minimizing material wastage. Additionally, the manager will monitor production in real-time to address any issues that arise swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage production schedules.
- Modify plans to accommodate breakdowns or material shortages.
- Ensure materials are available on time.
- Reduce material waste.
- Monitor real-time production metrics.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, along with 5 to 10 years of experience in the flexible packaging or gravure printing industry.
Location: Sahiwal | Salary: Rs160,00 – Rs180,00/month
