Job Description
Primemax Digital is seeking a dedicated Call Transfer Agent to facilitate connections between incoming callers and our expert consultants in the Website, Mobile App, and Marketing sectors for our US-based clients. This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Location: Karachi
Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Requirements:
- Ages 15–20 years
- O or A Level education
- Basic call center experience preferred
- Excellent spoken English skills
- Confident communication on calls
Salary: Competitive, with performance-based incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at Rs25,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person
