Job Description
ASK Development Limited is eager to welcome enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to our dynamic team as Phone Banking Officers at our Call Center located in Lahore. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, address banking inquiries, and actively promote our financial products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions.
- Effectively resolve complaints while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell various banking products to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Aged 35 years or younger.
- Open to fresh graduates and individuals with call center experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Urdu.
