Job Description
Nextech Packages is actively seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee all gravure printing production activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal output, maintaining high-quality standards, delivering products on time, and achieving cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules.
- Effectively allocate resources across teams.
- Supervise and mentor machine operators.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize operations.
Requirements: A diploma or degree in relevant fields (DAE/B.Tech/BE), with 7-12 years of experience in the flexible packaging or gravure printing industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
