Job Description

The Fit Day Club is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Agents for a US-based outbound campaign. Your role will involve cold calling potential clients to promote our services and generate leads over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospects in the US market.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
• Achieve performance targets consistently.
• Address objections in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• At least 1 year of call center experience required.
• Availability to work night shifts.

Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
