Job Description
TMG Ventures is actively seeking a skilled and committed Store Manager for our Miniso Retail location in Karachi. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff and inventory, recruiting and training a talented retail team, and implementing company policies to ensure operational excellence. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to create effective strategies and uphold high standards of visual merchandising.
